FITNESS MEMBERSHIP AT EITHER MAROON CREEK CLUB OR THE ASPEN CLUB

The first ten Fox Crossing purchasers will also receive a paid health and fitness
membership at their choice of The Maroon Creek Club or The Aspen Club, which each
feature a luxury fitness facility with personal trainers, pool, yoga, Pilates, massage,
and fine dining. Membership is subject to the club’s review and approval process, and other fees and obligations beyond the initiation fee are the responsibility of the owner.
